An Architect's Journey to UX/UI
I began my career in the world of Architecture. Through this field, I learned to see the world from the perspective of those who inhabit it. This allowed me to discover the power of empathy in designing, which became my main guide to address and solve problems with a deep sensitivity to human needs.

I started transitioning to visual design in 2020, and have been a UX/UI Designer for over two years. My background in Visual Design, Architecture and Urban Planning, has given me a unique perspective when it comes to solving user problems.

Since then, I’ve worked in start-ups, managing multiple projects at once, and collaborated closely with stakeholders on both new and established products. More recently, I’ve been sharing my knowledge as a teacher assistant at AllWomen and as a mentor in the Ladies that UX community here in Lisbon.

When I'm not designing, I enjoy drawing and painting. It's a way to practice my creativity and storytelling skills and also express myself through art (and as you can see, I love dogs).
